A New Beginning

November 2014 has already proven to be a month to Celebrate and to be Grateful.  I have recently been given the opportunity to meet many like minded professionals who want to make a difference in their lives and lives of others.
It is amazing how when you stay true to your intention and story that the universe conspires to make your dreams come true.  My dream is to support and strengthen families, by offering hands on and open communication that fosters self worth and self image.
My journey has not been an easy one, I have been bullied by a peer, in the workplace and  by a partner.  It always amazes me how resilient I am and how self aware and honest I am to those around me and to myself. I wish to empower parents, so that they can provide resiliency in their child(ren)
I have offered 1:1 consulting, group workshops in the living room or in a classroom and I have been honoured to present at many conferences, including the Langley Catholic School board, CHOM and preschool Promenade.
I continue to move forward in my journey with an open mind and heart and I appreciate all of you who have offered me unconditional love and support.  I am excited to write my blogs and to inspire all of you!  Together we will make a difference in the world and together we will show kindness, compassion and acceptance.

Have a grateful night!
